How do I activate my Serpelo license?
After purchase you'll receive your license key by email. In WordPress, go to Serpelo → License, paste your key, and click Activate. Full step-by-step instructions are in the documentation.
My license key isn't working — what should I do?
First, make sure you copied the key with no extra spaces and that your site URL matches the one on your order. If it still won't activate, open a support ticket with your order number and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Can I move my license to a different site?
Yes. Deactivate the license on your old site first (Serpelo → License → Deactivate), then activate it on the new site with the same key. If you no longer have access to the old site, contact support and we'll release the activation slot for you.
How do AI tokens work?
Your plan includes a monthly AI token allowance used for features like AI meta descriptions, content briefs, and auto-optimization. You can track your balance on the My Account → AI Tokens tab and top up anytime from the token packs page.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely — every Serpelo plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, just open a ticket within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro (or Pro to Super Pro)?
Head to the pricing page and pick the plan you want. You'll only pay the difference from your current plan — we automatically credit the remaining value of your existing license.
